Just as she did, we outdid ourselves on this one! Katrina is now a huge part
of Louisiana history and we wanted to create a sauce worthy of the place she
has made for herself. After many weeks, we blew up this blend of Cayenne
Peppers, Habanero Peppers, Smoked Jalapeno Peppers, Mustard, Filtered
Water, Cane Vinegar, Minced Garlic, Minced Onion, Louisiana Cane Syrup
(just a drop), Sea Salt and Spices. It’s a Killer Sauce with a Category 5
flavor and Category 3 heat, which means the great taste will weather
the pain. If you missed the storm, don’t miss the sauce. It is worthy! |
