We like the label but were less enthusiastic about its mustard-based recipe. So, we changed it. Now, you will find this blend of pureed cayenne, red jalapenos, and habanero peppers more to the liking of pepper sauce aficionados. Pureeing the seeds along with the peppers’ flesh almost overwhelms with flavor and high heat. The small amounts of cane vinegar and sea salt leave plenty of the peppers’ lush taste to come through.
