This sauce is mustard-based with plenty of heat. It contains yellow mustard, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Minced Garlic and Minced Onion, Water, Cane Vinegar and Sea Salt in all the right proportions. We suggest it for many uses but it’s particularly spectacular when you spread it on any pork before adding your seasonings. Let it sit 2 or 3 hours before putting it on the grill or in the oven. Other than that, it shines when used on anything you would normally add mustard to. We say, “Put it on your hot dog but don’t put it on your weiner!”
